emily
Emily was born in Arizona and raised in the Texas panhandle. She has always enjoyed art and expressing herself creatively. She fell in love with the atmosphere of coffee shops long ago, and after working in her first coffee shop a few years back she quickly learned to appreciate the art and craft behind creating balanced espresso beverages. She studied Graphic Design and continues to practice her freelance work in her spare time. Emily’s a mother of two Catahoula Leopard hounds, both of whom she loves very much. She also thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and is inspired by the natural beauty of the world we live in. yay.

I hail from Lubbock, TX via Denton, and am a girl with a dream. It
mostly involves music festivals and beer, but its a dream nonetheless.
When not pouring you a stellar cup of coffee, you can find me listening
to old vinyls and hanging out with my dog (Maddie) and three-legged cat
(Toonces). Though I've been a barista since 2004, my talents are
certainly not limited to the coffee realms--I'm a grand master of Super
Mario World and am unusually good at alphabetization. Most importantly,
however, I deeply enjoy meeting fellow coffee lovers of Austin! -

Chandler hails from Washington State, the land of coffee, seafood and wineries. She attributes her love of steamed crab, wine, and of course coffee to this fact. She studies Marketing at the University of Texas and has a love for French New Wave films. She really wants to write for Saturday Night Live, but also wants to live in Austin forever. Her spirit animal is a fat house cat.
